Returns Policy (AUS)
Tough Gear Trading (TGT) does not except refunds for ‘change of mind’. However, we do except refunds for damaged or faulty items which is covered under our full product warranty that comes with each product purchased.

To submit a warranty claim, please follow the instructions below to lodge a return for a damaged or faulty item:
Please note all returned products are subject to inspection.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org, with a copy of your receipt, description of the faulty/damaged product and photos of the problem.
- TGT will either make a decision via email or will request to see the product for further inspection before approval. If so, shipping will be arranged unless buyer is located in the Brisbane or Sunshine Coast Area.
- If approved by TGT, TGT will either, repair or replace the item or buyer will be refunded of which the buyer and TGT agrees upon.
